About the Event
This year we are taking back our control of our health and wellbeing!
2021 has been another tough year for us all especially our small business owners. So, before we head back out into the world after lockdown lets refresh our mind, body and knowledge so that we can get back to doing what we love most and thrive!
This event will be held over 3 days starting at 9:30am to 4:30pm.
DAY 1 - NOURISH (7TH OCT)

Each day will consist of :
